Jen Stocksmith takes on new leadership role as Ryan Peck and Scott O’Leary join the agency as creative directors

Brilliant creative thinking helps make our work possible. That’s why we love scoring stellar creative talent in the industry and seeing the best of the best advance into new roles.

Periscope recently welcomed two new creative directors, Ryan Peck and Scott O’Leary, who have collaborated on numerous award-winning campaigns that gained recognition at the Cannes Lions, One Show, Clios and Effies, to name a few. Peck started out as a film critic, and went on to work as a creative and copywriter for clients like Citibank, BMW, Travelers, Starbucks, The Bahamas and Harley Davidson. Oh, and he has an Emmy — no big deal. O’Leary is an ultra-marathoner, Spartan racer, and creator of over50badasses.com. He has worked on clients like H&R Block, Subaru, The Bahamas and more. They have worked together for nearly two decades at various agencies, so you know they have some good dirt on one another.

Jen Stocksmith was promoted from creative director to group creative director and will work directly with chief creative officer Peter Nicholson to lead our world-class creative team. A copywriter by trade, Jen’s worked on Fortune 100 brands and leads teams on some of Periscope’s biggest clients. Jen returns to Minneapolis after 8 years in New York City. She recently helped launch the first Minnesota chapter of SheSays, which is a global organization focused on the engagement, education and advancement of women in creative industries. Jen joined Periscope in 2016 after stints at VaynerMedia, Tribal Worldwide, mcgarrybowen and more.
