The seasoned expert and Target veteran is taking on an industry in flux with integrated thinking

Periscope just added another dose of firepower to its integrated retail team with the hiring of Meghan Cohen. As Periscope’s new director of retail experience, Meghan is bringing big ideas and white space opportunities to life for brands in a time when the industry is constantly changing. Cohen previously worked with Macy’s, Disney, Target, Mattel and more, and spent time at JLBuchanan as a creative director specializing in helping brands evolve and innovate in order to grow sales and distribution.

“Having Meghan in our corner gives us an edge in the ever-changing space that is retail,” said Liz Ross, Periscope’s president and CEO. “Whether it’s in-store, online or a combination of both, Meghan offers invaluable expertise to our clients. She is a pioneer in retail innovation and growth.”

In addition to adding several new retail clients to our roster, Periscope is fresh off an exciting year of retail partnerships with brands like JCPenney, Hallmark and Schwan’s, all of which build off the integrated nature of our agency.

“The ability to go across channels and share knowledge makes Periscope unique. Having worked with numerous retailers who could’ve benefited from this type of integrated and connected thinking, I am thrilled to start leveraging it in impactful ways for clients,” said Cohen. “I’m especially looking forward to collaborating with the agency’s Connected Experiences team to help breathe life into retail in a new way.”

And we’re not surprised that Meghan’s quickly taking action in her new role. Whether she’s running to and from meetings or back-to-back marathons (she’s done 12!), Meghan is always on the move.
