Periscope is featured in the most recent issue for embracing family leave during industrywide fight for talent and equality.

Periscope is proud to be recognized by Ad Age as a leader in the industrywide fight for talent and equality.

A recent feature story in Ad Age highlights our agency’s culture and parental leave policy, which both make it easier to be a parent on the predominantly female Periscope team. The glass ceiling is even broken at the highest level, with two of our three chief executives being women. That includes CFO Virginia Hines and CEO Liz Ross, who is currently on maternity leave with twin girls.

Read more about Liz’s journey to maternity leave and how she has inspired employees at every level to step up as interim CEOs in her absence, in the full Ad Age story.

This isn’t the first time Periscope has been recognized for its work culture — the agency was recognized seven consecutive years as a Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
