Going to college means living on your own for the first time. It also means you need to buy a lot of stuff. With the annual Back to College after-hours shopping soiree, Target buses more than 95,000 students from 40 colleges to stores, with the goal of driving brand preferences and sales with their next generation of guests.

Tapping these teens where their real attention lies — on their mobile devices — we built a mobile Web app, Bullseye Badge, to enhance the event experience, allowing students to connect with fun content and receive incentives for social sharing throughout their shopping.
