Sanjay oversees Periscope's India office in regard to printing, packaging, business development and vendor development.
During his first year at Periscope, Sanjay oversaw shipping of Target Global Bazaar packaging. A daunting task — made even more so by the fact that most of his team members were new and needed on-the-job training. Managing both employees and vendors, Sanjay was able to successfully ship all packaging on time and prevent cost overruns.Sanjay follows money markets with a keen eye and would like to have a beer with Warren Buffet to discuss current market direction.
As a 10 year veteran of Periscope, Katie was key in developing Periscope's global production capability in Hong Kong and Delhi.
Katie brings her experience and leadership to bear on behalf of Periscope's clients to ensure quality, speed and pricing are the best in the business. In fact, under her leadership, Target awarded Periscope with the prestigious Target Vendor of the Year award in 2001, 2004 and 2006.
Plus, Katie can speak Russian and play piano — just not at the same time.
In addition to his role as "Packer fan," Steve collaborates with clients in developing effective and efficient strategies to grow their business. He brings a disciplined style and extensive background in strategic planning to ensure client success.
Steve's expertise includes consumer durables, leisure products, B2B and multistep distribution. Over the past five years, he has overseen annual revenue growth rates in excess of 15% for multiple accounts.
He is an avid golfer and has completed two "spectator" Grand Slams — including two visits to the Masters, St. Andrews and multiple U.S. Opens and PGA Championships.

He also ensures Periscope is structured, staffed and utterly focused on client success. Both highly disciplined and highly creative, he believes business problems are solved through synergistic, noncompetitive use of diverse agency resources.
Greg's expertise includes retail, B2B, financial services, consumer durables and more. In his tenure, he has overseen revenue growth of 15% annually, doubling agency billings.
When he's not working, Greg competitively water skis, climbs mountains and competes in triathlons. He also strongly believes that doing anything less than your very best is a waste of the gift.
With an unwavering attention to detail, Gilbert has helped Periscope develop and grow its Hong Kong office from Day One. During that time he has overseen international prepress and print operations for Periscope clients.
Primarily working with Target, Gilbert's team consistently produces work that is delivered on spec and according to schedule.
Outside of work, Gilbert would like to learn French.

Margaret's motto is taken from our friends across the pond: Keep calm and carry on. With this approach, she oversees Periscope's print production managers.
Over the course of her career, Margaret has worked as a photo studio manager, art director and project manager. She has worked in big agencies and small design studios, as a full-time employee and as a freelancer. This provides her with a unique perspective on different styles and systems of working.
In addition, she is also a member of the AAAA's Project Management Committee and Founding Member of the Twin Cities Project Management Committee.

These are just a handful of skills and assets Dug brings to Periscope’s digital group on a daily basis. Coupled with his extensive experience with clients including Microsoft, American Airlines, Wells Fargo and Dominos, he excels at bridging the gap between clients and their customers.
On top of that, Dug can take apart and rebuild an engine, re-string a guitar and sew winter coats for his daughters' dolls.
Besides bringing "the Metal" to Periscope, Andy spearheads the digital development team. Meaning he works with agency resources to make our crazy, unhinged ideas into a digital reality — be it website, mobile application, guerrilla piece or whatever channel works best.
Andy has created work for nearly every industry — including technology, healthcare, the military and more. In addition, he has won an Effie, a gripload of Show awards and even a Brandon Hall Training Award.

Heather translates cultural trends and consumer insights into relevant actionable business strategies. In short, she watches people and learns how to engage them on their terms with practices that simply make sense.
As far as approaching work, Heather believes it comes down to the same elements. After hunting, searching, leaping, working, thinking, agonizing, scrapping, testing and rethinking — there's a breakthrough. And it always comes through a team of excellent minds working hard toward something together.
She will also speak nerd on the following subjects: Star Wars or Star Trek, Harry Potter, The Inheritance Cycle, or any cartoon with mice or rodents in it.
Lori is one of the most experienced and respected business development practitioners in the country. In a career spanning 26 years, she has spent the past 10 years successfully managing and directing Periscope's new business efforts.
Lori develops strategies and processes to identify and leverage growth opportunities for the agency, and builds and manages relationships with prospective clients and national search consultants. She also manages all agency new business presentations and initiatives.
In addition, Lori happily lends her expertise to Periscope's internal culture, mentoring many of its emerging, young talent.
When she's not at the office, Lori spends as much time as she can on the golf course. In fact, rumor has it she actually played 46 rounds of golf this year ... no easy feat given the unpredictable weather in Minnesota.
Bill leads Periscope's Executive Committee, a five-person group that shapes and sets the company's short- and long-term goals and vision. In addition, Bill directly oversees Periscope's worldwide prepress and production services.
Bill started at Periscope in 1972 when the company was owned by his parents and called Cold Type Setters, a forward-thinking typography and print production house. He's lead the organization since 1986 and ultimately orchestrated the acquisition of talent and resources to form what is today's Periscope.
At last count, Bill had a cylinder count of 93 in his various garages and sheds.
Brien supervises creative for a number of accounts, including Arctic Cat, Rust-Oleum and the Minnesota Twins. Having worked at Periscope for over 17 years, he is a familiar face around the agency but continually develops creative insights that keep client work fresh and engaging.
Brien has worked in a variety of categories, including consumer durables, powersports, food and retail. In addition, his work has appeared in virtually every major industry award show.
Given a chance to have dinner with a famous person, Brien would like to meet Bill Clinton. Except they would skip food and get straight to spilling their guts over drinks. Mostly Bill's.
