Hotdish Hump Day is apart of our winter survival plan. Each Wednesday our group of 6 Periscopians rotate and bring in a hotdish share. 6 cooks, 6 hotdishes, 6 weeks of Wednesday lunches! We are in the second week of delicious Hotdish Hump Day and I made Potato & Sausage Hotdish.
