Periscope Named To “Top Workplaces 2010” By Star Tribune

On June 20, Periscope was named one of the Top 100 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Periscope was recognized based on feedback from employee surveys, which measured worker satisfaction in a wide range of criteria — from confidence in management to personal growth opportunities to pay and benefits. 

“To be awarded this distinction, especially in the midst of a recession, speaks volumes about our incredible employees,” said Greg Kurowski, President & CEO of Periscope. “It also speaks to the caliber of our clients as they inspire our team to create amazing work.”

WorkplaceDynamics, a Pennsylvania research firm, worked alongside the Star Tribune to survey over 1,020 employers in the Minneapolis­–St. Paul metro area. To qualify, companies had to have at least 50 employees and allow employees to take a confidential survey.

The distinction comes nearly a year after the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal named Periscope among Minnesota’s “Best Places to Work” in 2009.
