The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has just named Periscope among Minnesota’s “Best Places to Work for 2011.” This marks the third consecutive year that Periscope is been ranked among the top workplaces in Minnesota. Periscope placed #3 on the list of medium-sized businesses in the State.
Periscope earned this distinction once again by being one of the top-scoring businesses in an all-employee survey conducted by Omaha-based Quantum Workplace in conjunction with the Business Journal. Periscope is among only 15 companies in its category with the highest rankings based on employee scoring and feedback.
Employees were asked to rate Periscope’s work environment, people practices, culture, benefits, personal growth and development opportunities, organization leadership, and how well the company embraces innovation and new ideas.
Winners were announced at a luncheon held August 18th at the Minneapolis Hilton and were featured in the August 19, 2011 special section of The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
“As a growth company, our philosophy is to provide career advancement, financial reward and a positive, motivating culture for our employees. Our people work extremely hard for our clients so we make it a point to also take time out for fun, encourage a healthy work-life balance and instill a sense of community involvement through our work with local charitable organizations,” said Greg Kurowski, Periscope’s President & CEO.
